Little Mowbury is a sleepy English village deep in the Cotswolds. The kind of village where you’re only a local if your lineage can be traced back to the dinosaurs. Where you can find everything in the single village shop from morning newspapers to dry-cleaning, and getting your shoes mended. And, of course, where everybody knows everybody else’s business. It’s easy to find… you can’t miss it… just ask anyone and they’ll tell you… “It’s left at the crossroads.”
Oliver Bradford has had enough of the hustle and bustle of the A&E department in a big city hospital. Not to mention the tension caused by the break-up of his three year relationship with one of the hospital’s top surgeons. When his sister urges him to apply for the position of GP in the quiet village of Little Mowbury, he wonders if this might be just the fresh start he needs. Unfortunately, hitting the post-mistresses’ dog with his car isn’t the best introduction to his patients.

A solitary soul, Deano Wells grew up in Little Mowbury and has been having lunch at the Thatcher’s Arms on a Thursday for the last thirty-five years. First with his father, who brought him to the pub at the tender age of ten after a hard morning in the fields, and then by himself after his father passed on. He runs the farm with a practised hand and minds his business mostly, but that doesn’t stop Oliver from being drawn to the big, quiet man and he knows the feeling is mutual, so why does Deano keep pushing him away?

Oliver leaves London and his present life in exchange with a sleepy small town in Cotswolds. One of those places where you still will be viewed as a newcomer after forty years. But it might just be the right decision.

Oliver has worked in A&E in London for several years - and tolerated the infidelity of his boyfriend for a while. Pushed by his twin Becky he applies for position as GP in - for the reader already well-known - Little Mowbury. After turning left at the crossroads he manages to hit the postmistress' dog and thus arrive with a fanfare. It's after all a Sunday and many people around. And the buzz flies faster than anything else in these parts.
But Oliver manages (fortunately) to turn the opinion with his friendly ways. Although it takes a bit longer to convince Denton that he does not care about age or occupation.

The reader will meet again the people from the previous two books and can enjoy the summer in Cotswolds. But unfortunately this story feels a bit as written in a hurry. Too little action, except the foaling and Denton's accident, and tada! all problems are solved. Still, I am sure I will read also the next story.

UnDeniable Left at the Crossroads Book 3 edition by Lisa Worrall Meredith Russell Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

I can't wait for more stories on the cast of characters that have so far been assembled for this series. Keep it up.
This is a great short romance. A good story line complemented with a cast of characters, some known from the first book and all introduced in this second story.
Gotta love those big and loveable guys. I also like the older guy to younger guy aspect. Good storyline, cute characters.
Love this series. Micah was my favorite character but Deano and Oliver just replaced him. My favorite in the series. Funny, sweet, hot and simply adorable, the story is a must read. I also liked Becky a lot and the colorful characters in the series. Can't wait for the fourth installment.
I loved the characters and getting to know the members of the community better. Hugo and Doris were the best. I wish I knew Deano's background and who hurt him.

A really lovely series.
Sweet and charming, the story of Deano and Ollie brought smiles and laughter! This little village where everybody knows everyone and everything, is just the right setting for this series. Great characters filled with humor and love, there is genuine affection from all the villagers. Oliver is the new Doctor and Deano is the local farmer. The whole village knows they like each other and when they finally do something about it...its hot and sweet and romantic. Great light reading, I am really liking this series!
As much as I liked the first two installments of this sweet and innovative series, I was not quite prepared for how deeply I loved this, what might be the finale.

Oliver and Deano are not as distracted as the MCs in the first two books--they are totally confused. I loved how Ms. Brown handled Deano's emotional and intellectual shortcomings--and most especially found comfort in Oliver's tenderness.

This is a lot of fun, and the rest of this whacky town live up to their past performances. The near tragedy that brings this tale together is handled very nicely and the ending will leave you hoping some other strangers will keep coming to this town to find love.
